. 5 February 1916 = Second Lieutenant C. W. Brown is the son of Mr. Walter Brown of Warboys, and is aged 20. He enlisted in the 2nd Hunts. Cyclists Battalion on 10th October 1914 as made Corporal in December the same year; received his Commission in the 1/1st Hunts. Cyclists Battalion on 10th December 1915 and is now stationed at Filey, Yorkshire.
