From a local paper = 20/10/1917 = Private George Brandham, Cyclists, attached to the Royal Warwicks, has been killed in action on October 4th. He was the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. William Brandham, 137 Perssimon Terrace, Old Fletton. The deceased had recently been home on leave, and returned to the front three weeks ago. He joined the Cyclists two years ago, and had been in France 15 months. |
