| Local newspaper entries indicate that by 6/11/1915 Corporal W. Taylor,
C Company, in charge of Motorcyclists, had been promoted to the
rank of Sergeant at the time it was indicated that he was serving in the
2/1st Hunts.
W.
H. Taylor, In a local paper 9/10/1917 he was a private in the 2/1st H C
B who was appointed Lance Corporal from 1st August 1917. |
